There are 2 or 3 exercises that I do almost every day. Some type of a squat, like the sink squat I posted a couple of days ago, this one and another foam roller exercise that I’ll post tomorrow. You don’t have to use a foam roller, a rolled up blanket or pillow will work.

There are 2 or 3 exercises that I do almost every day. Some type of a squat, like the sink squat I posted a couple of days ago, this one and another foam roller exercise that I’ll post tomorrow. You don’t have to use a foam roller, a rolled up blanket or pillow will work.

@ChefGruel Gas grill, pellet smoker and a lump charcoal/stick burner. I use all three depending on the meat to be cooked.
