When I quit eating birthday cake 5yrs ago, everybody forgot the words to the song happy birthday. Funny how that works. Makes me think the song is really saying thank you for giving me an excuse to eat cake. Guess I’ll just eat steak & quietly thrive today. Best trade ever.

My wife has been ill for a little while. Finally got her to a GI doc today. She's under 95 pounds from 120 in about 10 or so weeks. She can't eat, vomits, diarrhea, and intense pain. Hopefully start to find answers soon
