I am wearing a continuous Ketone monitor. Was in a state of “nutritional ketosis” all day. Perfect. But then dinner tuna tartare, rib eye steak and zero carbs, but several glasses of wine and - bang - 💥 out of ketosis all night. Lesson - ALCOHOL kills ketosis
So day 1 with continuous ketone monitor. 6pm carb free noodles, chicken and a carrot! Nothing to report there, played tennis, and blood sugar shot up, but no real activity with ketones, although this morning they are looking a lot higher, will report in tomorrow.
