Broke my fast in between my walk and and a visit to the gym. Meal - 8oz of ground turkey, 6 eggs, 170 grams of nonfat greek yogurt, and a shit ton of Tabasco .
5am spine wake up before heading on a 5 mile walk. Been fasting since Friday at 8pm. As Chubbs would say, it’s all in the hips !
Flexibility has become major part of my morning routine . Hoping to continue to feel benefits moving forward.

I too spent decades lifting stupid heavy loads for decades only to have many torn muscles and constant injuries. There is a better, and safer way of doing this leaving your joints feeling healthy and more importantly stronger.
Every fat loss tip I could come up with to help you drop 20+ lbs in 2023: 1. Limit the booze or you will lose.

Getting fat on a bulk just means you exercised zero discipline. A proper bulk is almost as tedious as a proper cut, but with the added freedom of more food choices. Too many use bulking as an excuse to eat like an asshole, gain too much fat too quick, & sacrifice progress

People are too short sighted when starting in the gym. Ain’t about where you’re gonna be in 1-2 months time. Where are you gonna be in 1,2, and 5 years time? That’s what you need to be thinking. All about the long game.
