Dr. George Taylor wrote “Health by Exercise” in 1880. The movements shown in the book remain relevant today. These 3 exercises still strengthen your body 144 years later: - Glute-Ham Raises. - Squats with elevated heels. - Hanging while swinging. Exercise is timeless.

Had some Bison ribeye for dinner tonight. That yellow fat means there’s beta-carotene in it and that the animal was grass-fed. The taste was outstanding.
@mythoughtfood Wow, that's wild, in barber school, they go over best practices: like how to stand, break times, and how to exercise for the profession. ( well my school did) Few barbers ever do it through the money coming through the door so they just keep neglecting their bodies.
