Neglected cravings build and create unbridled consequences.
You don't need the "best" training method. Exercise should be fun. The reason it's not is because everyone is doing what they think they "should" do instead of what they * want * to do. Find the activity you enjoy and do it consistently.
A balance of intensity and rest is key to sustainable growth.

I open Twitter and all I see are founders talking about success: "Just reached $10K MRR in 3 months 🤯" "Got an offer to sell my startup for $100k after 1 year 😎" Looks like nobody's failing. But reality is 99% of us are struggling. And even successful ones doubt themselves.
