Just crushed a quad workout. ⚬ Leg Extensions ⚬ Pendulum Squats ⚬ Leg Press 3 sets each, 6- 12 reps/set. 3 mins rest between sets. The key is taking each set to 0-1 RIR (reps in reserve). Could barely drive the Subie home. Feel like I can take on the world.
