Everyone knows that person who says "caffeine doesn't affect me" while they drink 20oz of coffee just hours before bed. EVEN if you have no trouble falling and staying asleep numerous studies show it still affects sleep QUALITY. Cut off caffeine at least 10hrs before sleep.
