Living in Florida, I thought deals grew on trees. In Florida we have what I can only describe as a landslide of small businesses (sub $1 million EBITDA) for sale. When I open bizbuysell in most secondary/tertiary cities, I'm always surprised by how few deals there are.

It has been BACK TO BACK with operators and SMB's I honestly wish I could hire them all.
The quality of the SMB searcher's that I've been speaking to over the past few days has been unreal. The biggest constraint though is geography. Atlanta DC Metro Area Greater Detroit Massachusetts The challenge is going to be finding localized opportunities for them.
