Today I tried a papaya it tasted good and it has a good source of carbs i recommend this into your diet.

For the general public, 3 days a week in the gym is plenty for: - Staying lean - Muscle growth - Bone density - Insulin sensitivity - Better body-composition - Overall health and longevity Anything more than that really is great, but isn't necessary.
Use strength and body weight for markers when cutting. When on a cut, strength is a great marker for muscle preservation. If the scale goes down but strength increases or is the same, you're on the right track.

As a newbie in the gym stop focusing on being as lean as possible. Dedicate 2 years of lean bulking before you ever consider cutting down. Focus on building as much muscle as you can while keeping your abs visible. This doesn’t apply if you’re over 20% body fat. Get lean first.
