I've been struggling with consistency in the gym. My solution: 3 exercises/day 1 push 1 pull 1 leg So far the progress has been amazing, and I've stayed consistent. Less is more

Consistency doesn't have to mean every day. If you hit the gym only 3 days/week, but do it every week, that is consistency.
Minimalist training is the #1 fitness hack. I'm convinced it's all you need to thrive. Want a simple, effective workout? • Choose compound exercises • Focus on form • Be consistent Simplify. Train. Progress. And once you start? Stay consistent.
MEN: Simplify. Know what's important. Stick to that. Christ, Family, You... In that order.
