@GabyLouSunshine @DrBPHealth I started making raw milk kefir 5 months ago hoping it would help with my gut issues and boy did it, I'm 64 and was amazed at how fast it worked, 3 cups a day and all is well, by the way don't worry about lactose, kefir grains eat 99% of it.

@DrBPHealth If I wanted to instigate negative health side effects. To do an experiment to see if it would lead to inflammation, body aches perhaps, & just slow death in the body generally speaking. That is the only logical time I could see doing it. I’m not trying it though personally.
