Choose a niche that aligns with my passion and authority, but can also afford the service.
Then handle the unsexy work: proper setup, systems, CRM, bank accounts, structure. Skip this and you’re building a hobby, not a business.
Next, I’d become my own first client. Refine the process. Get a result.
Then serve consistently, help people daily, create value, and track the metrics.
If I had to start my health business again from zero, this is the roadmap I’d follow.
Not random content.
Not “post and hope.”
Not guessing your way through it.
A 100-task, chronological plan designed to take you from idea stage to 60 clients in under 24 months.
It starts with clarity: vision, alignment, turning your pain into passion and your past into profit.
