@KenDBerryMD Boy, I'm glad that I have used that at all in years and years and years. There's a rule that, I believe, that if a serving has less than 5 calories, they don't have to report that. In any case, I now eat one-ingredient food, unless I, me, myself, and I, make it.
@KenDBerryMD I only use liquid sucralose I buy off Amazon. It has no maltodextrin, so it doesn't run my blood sugar up. I hate sugar free products with maltodextrin in them, like pudding. I might as well eat the stuff with sugar, I'd get the same blood sugar readings! It's Deception.
Desperately need advice from #POTS #LongCovid community. Very severe LC patient with diagnosed but not controlled POTS (ivabradine not tolerated other beta bs tried but no luck). Uncontrolled vomiting despite strong anti sickness meds. Has now kept no food down in over 20dys
I’m friends with a very based gastroenterologist. She also happens to know a lot of people on here that are big in the nutrition world. She talks to every single one of her patients about diet. Big low carb fan, she is. If you see enough fatty livers, that tends to happen.
