They’re trying to enslave humanity. If you’re a full grown man and enjoying: Concerts Sports obsessions Getting drunk Chasing Instagram whores Etc Instead of PREPARING FOR WAR AND RESISTING THE MATRIX. You, and your bloodline will get the eternal slavery you sorely deserve.
My advice to anyone feeling lost right now: Figure out exactly what you want from life and align everything you do with those goals Wanna get rich, build a family and get healthy? You're certainly not gonna achieve those things getting drunk in a bar.

People will see a physique like this and say: “Dude has no muscle. He should bulk for a while and build a base…then he can think about cutting.” ❌❌❌ WRONG ANSWER If you look like this, you need to cut IMMEDIATELY! Get the fat off first THEN worry about building muscle!

Well… This is awkward. I recently posted a video claiming to have hit 265lbs for 3. I came back and redid my numbers and I hit 225lbs for 3. Huge difference. And I truly apologize. I did the numbers wrong or something… I didn’t mean to lie. And it will never happen again.
