After a 2 and a bit week hiatus I’m back Life got very busy Went to Madrid for a week Back to being “boring” Wouldn’t have it any other way
Dieting hack: Eat with a smaller spoon Sounds stupid but works a charm Makes your average sized meal feel like a feast
Switch your evening Netflix session For an evening reading session Not only will you learn more But your sleep will improve
You need to be starting your bulks hungry Which is why I emphasise taking the cut seriously Get to a spot where you will be comfortable with putting on a bit of body fat Don’t yo-yo between the two phases This is a mistake I’ve personally made
Muscles are a byproduct of strength You can’t be lifting the same weights each week Wondering why your muscles aren’t growing Give your muscles a reason to grow Track your workouts Apply progressive overload Simple.
Success is reasonable You will not get the results you want If you haven’t given a big enough reason to achieve them Don’t be mad at the results you didn’t get from the work you didn’t put it Do the work GM!

What determines a good diet? 1. It’s easy to follow on a daily basis 2. It’s enjoyable 3. It satisfies you Find a diet that covers these three and you’ll never fall off your diet

The 2 biggest signs you need to switch your exercises: 1. You’ve hit a plateau 2. You’re bored of them I believe when you are excited to do an exercise you are a lot more likely to progress on it Switch up your exercises to keep training exciting and push past plateaus
