@SergioRomanHC This is so true. I sleep terribly. At the weekend i walked 42 miles (not saying you need to walk anywhere near this much I was doing a challenge) I have just slept 2 x 8.5 hours of unbroken sleep for the first time in my adult life. I will definitely be going for more walks.
