I’ve walked over 544 marathons/ultras. I am the 1st American woman, 2nd woman in the world, the 1st Walker, 1st African American male or female, runner or walker, and 1st Woman to do it twice. Run or Walk over 100 marathons in a Calendar year. I am a 2x GWR, I started at age 50.
Elevate your “core training” with Suitcase Deadlifts. A heavier weight will impact some lateral flexion/ext but I really love this for the lower back. Big fan of these as accessory movements or will integrate these during rest periods of upper body pressing movements.
