(3 of 5) As a @tomhouse @NPA_Pitching coach where we emphasize a proper warm up, I was proud of my daughters, in this situation to ask their coaches if they can do their warm up before throwing. They know they are responsible for the health of their own arms.

The best advice I received when I started coaching was "just because you played does not mean you know how to coach" Since then I began to consume as much as I could about leadership, training and motivation. 2 most important things I learned. Listen and be humble.

Panthers get back on track with a huge 18-0 win at Cove. @CameronJ3133 with his second consecutive no-hitter! The Panthers are now 6-1 in district and will travel to Bryan on Friday.
