@Jakeladeveloper Interesting developer doesn’t need to leverage transit oriented community (TOC) status to reduce pkg reqm’t; add add’tl story to bldg; reduce setbacks, etc. With density bonus & plenty of height allowed to get up to 8 stories, that’s plenty to max out density at the project.
Focusing on self-improvement keeps you out of the trap of comparing yourself to others. Competing with others can lead to unhealthy mimicry. Instead, when you aim to be better than you were yesterday, you're driven by your own values, leading to authentic growth.
