True. Be careful when you cut costs that it it doesn’t affect your customers experience. When you cut costs in the wrong areas it can definitely hurt profits.
Remember: if you’re looking for ways to cut costs, that’s fine, but make sure that at the very least the costs you cut don’t add frictions or otherwise negatively impact the end user experience.
