This evening I was reading a book about volcanos with my eldest. I told him about the ash cloud over Iceland that happened a ‘few years ago’…not only was that 13 years ago now…it was also described as history in the book! I think I must be getting old! #dad #familylife

Whilst reading my child a bed time story last night. They kept staring at my and asking “are you scared?” When I said “no I’m not scared” they got up and started running out of the room but went head first at full speed into the door frame. They smiled at me. Now I’m scared.
