@GarrickRKnight As someone who was in the room, I can say this is incorrect. Addington remains hugely supportive of any positive change from HRNZ that will help racing but not change just for the sake of it. I do not believe incorrect narratives like this help

@JohnJCampbell “In the stands are a group of NZs with no shirts on, singing “Cricket’s coming home”. Just now, Mike Atherton called them a small gathering. “In New Zealand,” said Simon Doull, “that’s a city.” “In India,” said Dinesh Karthik, “that’s a family.”

@marcuslush @Becs This is correct. Haha. I remember ringing when our first was sick one night. I went through 10 minutes of demographic questions and then they said ‘you need to get your child to an after hours within the next 30 minutes’. Just ridiculous

@FilipSipos @blairenns This is the correct answer - more margin between options. Raise lowest price as comparison is not just to other options but ‘@blairenns in my life or no @blairenns in my life’

@GarrickRKnight - using notification for promos vs for betting plunges/pools. I suspect punters would react more to ‘late quaddie at x has jackpot to $x’ than ‘Monday madness’. If you’re gonna use the tech...

@GarrickRKnight I don’t think look/feel of the sit is TAB turnover problem though. The strategy that sports punters will become racing punters because they on same site/looks same was flawed
