I've been doing cold showers in the morning for over 30 days straight. An underrated benefit I'm experiencing is increased alertness & better mood. This is likely due to the release of dopamine and norepinephrine. It's like taking a drug that causes you to feel better.
The best way to improve your mental health is by improving your physical health.
Checklist for High Performance 1) 8-10k steps a day 2) 7-8 hours of sleep a night 2) One mobility session a day 4) Strength training 3 times a week 5) One max heart rate cardio activity per week Do this for a full month and see how much better your body performs.
A good goal is to get your workouts to a level where it's like brushing your teeth: You feel dirty not doing it.

Obviously I live in Canada so medical bills aren’t my thing but can we talk about the strain on the medical system and how just having people treat their body’s better would solve a decent chunk of patients problems
