I spoke with two partners from a top MBA today. One of them spent 24 months searching in a traditional search fund model without an acquisition (not uncommon). During that time, he did not even know that self-funded search existed. "The investors don't want you to know." 🤯

Saw some tweets about how hard it is to buy a business Wait until you actually have to run it! This stuff is not easy—that's why entrepreneurship is not a fit for most people. Understanding challenges are inevitable and being willing and ready to embrace them is the real key.
