If you think "builds are boring, no one cares" well...that's quite a few devs I've talked to over the years. But builds are what gets the code you write to do *anything* it's supposed to do. Does it do that correctly? Fast? With checks/confidence? Yeah...builds matter.

I've worked with early career folks for the last 2-3 years. How the hell are early-career folks supposed to get experience if we aren't creating spaces for folks to learn. Education + development must be part of any company's professional growth plan. mentorship > conferences
