The advice on this platform is painfully self serving. My god. Tread with caution.
In the last two weeks, I’ve been buying about every marketing/business course advertised to me just to see what the “gurus” are selling. Turns out waste management companies aren’t the only ones profiting from trash. 🗑️
None of my successful sites, at their peak, were delivering the same type of content as they were on day one. If you’re not fluidly adapting with your audience’s feedback, you won’t grow. Start creating now so you can find what sticks. You won’t find it in the planning stage.
So are we all just hitting dismiss on Google Analytics’ constant reminders that we will be forced to use GA4, hoping it’ll just go away forever?
Why is there no service that sells sponsorships in newsletters - at scale? This isn't for my personal newsletter. My challenge site has 20k subscribers and a 28% open rate every single day. It's a loyal audience who's happy to consume... but this service doesn't exist? Why?

I love when everyone’s busy thinking and talking about “the next big thing.” Think about it like all your competitors running off together to compete on something new. While they’re distracted, you’ll gain so much ground staying the course.
$20k to $500k in 1 Year Challenge: Day 98 Yesterday was a record traffic day at 6,740 visits. Primarily Facebook but some email as well. I still have around $7500 of 20k left (plus new revenue), and most of it will be going toward the email list. January should be fun. :)
