This client's YouTube short only had 80 views in the first 10 hours. Changed the title and it's at 1.3k views after 2 hours 🔥
For the last year... I was so focused on my business that I didn't have time to make content. Then, something I started thinking about was... Don't spend so much time building your business, that you forget to build your brand and legacy.
Dino was struggling with his YouTube channel. At 34k subs, he felt clueless about which direction he wants to take his channel in. So, we figured out @dinofavara's YouTube strategy LIVE on this consultation call. Here's a glimpse of what we did:

Here's the YouTube trap most people fall into: Overthinking our video topics. It's essentially a silent battle between your ego and knowledge. Strip away the ego. Speak about what you're already an expert in, as if you're advising your past self.
1 month ago, this channel was at 300 subscribers. Now, it's getting super close to 600. And it's only gonna get exponentially better as we scale more. Love it when a client's YT analytics go BRRR.
