@seandsweeney Looking at your key plates it would seem that you design from the inside out- odd to see the first project start the other way around. Unless you provided direction on that first and the design followed.

@d_demelis New devs and land flip shops in trouble - most need to partner or pivot to actually sell/build. Hard to justify the fees involved with that when you have no track record.
