@BobGrahamSounds Nah! Tins of meat were brought up from the Titanic after laying for decades at the bottom of the Atlantic, and apparently was as good as the day it was tinned. If it looks and smells ok, it’ll be fine! #Notanutritionist

Managed to get out and do a @parkrunUK this morning despite current lung problems. Glad I did - great sense of achievement, @Susie__Chan gave the runners briefing and @VeganRunnersUK were handing out yummy cake. 😋
