@ThePOTSPostman I also like to freeze bottles of water and bring them with me to roll on my head/neck/anywhere when it’s really hot. They help keep things in my lunchbag cold and as it melts I drink the cold water.

@spinstresskayd1 @defnotadino I limit extracurriculars(even text/phone convos) and let myself rest in peace and quiet/sleep as much as I can. I guess it’s kind of meditative but I’m not actively trying to do that. I just need physical and mental rest
