@DoctorTro Hello Dr. Tro. I have been losing weight with a low carb plan. I am happy but concerned about; 1. Very large amounts of loose skin after losing 100 pounds. and 2. fat cells do not go away, they just shrink and wait to see if you fail the lifestyle change. Any advice?
