The training equation is simple. Results | No Results Just like math, if the equation doesn’t equal results, you’d better check your work to get the desired outcome. The “secret” is understanding the desired outcome and how to actually get there.
One of the biggest challenges in business is finding quality workers. Old school work ethic is rare now. If you’re a young coach who shows up on time, works hard, over delivers and listens - you’re already ahead of most. The best part is finding the right person
Train qualities that allow true expression not just gimmicky drills 🗣️
There are people out there that are just working harder than everybody else Don’t let the work you didn’t do show when season comes
Too many trainers post inflated numbers, and it makes no sense. Our job is to develop athletes and put them in the best position to succeed. Misrepresenting data only hurts the athlete and undermines the entire process.
Random training gets you random results. Systems and culture create repeatable outcomes.
Young coaches trying to break in: Be early. Be prepared. Be humble. Outwork expectations. You can learn systems. You can’t teach work ethic. The equation is simple - but too many want instant gratification without putting in the work.
