Tomorrow, I have my "6 week" post-op follow-up appointment. My operation was 14 weeks ago. It was cancelled 3 times. That's definitely the mark of a well functioning healthcare system.
If someone can cure my Long Covid and guarantee that I could go back to work full-time, I would happily give them 5% of my monthly salary for the next 20 years. There is no “sick-note culture” there is a Long Covid & ME/CFS problem with zero medically approved treatments.

Sophia Mirza was wrongfully sectioned in 2003 because doctors didn't understand #MECFS. This caused a deterioration which ultimately led to her death. 20yrs later and it happened to Millie. It has been lifted but Millie continues to be mistreated. #BringMillieHome #DontLetMEDie

The lesson I've learned from this tweet is that a facet of being a queer youth is learning about gay kids being found dead in car trunks and ruled suicides and not everyone has this experience
