@Alonso_GD The entire debate is ridiculous. Anyone who expected the U.S, to beat Belgium doesn't know anything about football. I was rooting for the U.S. but let's be realistic, it was men against boys for much of the match. The U.S. couldn't bring the ball through the midfield.

@ArchieG1974 @JamesSurowiecki I was an Arsenal season ticket holder for many years. Few things reduce the level of entertainment for fans more than a red card. I can get it when someone does something intentional. But I have seen too many referees wave the most disgusting tackles off.

@Alonso_GD I think what happened is Quansah went after the ball but ended up on the top of the ball and that rolled him into the Mexican player's leg. I have seen worse fouls not be given a red card. For me that's a yellow.
