@robkuh yes but what's missing is the proper mindset. salespeople are so focused on filling their pipeline that they get happy ears & are looking to qualify IN to get their sales mgr off their back with "3-5x pipeline coverage." The MINDSET of DQ'ing is what's usually missing here.
Teach your salespeople to DIS-qualify prospects rather than to teach them to Qualify prospects and watch your salespeople change from having "happy ears" to being true advisors to your prospects.
