@ariel_haivri @shevereshtus I don’t agree with this take. I use Claude to edit deep and long Torah chapters and its insight is phenomenal, far beyond the best chavrusa. It’s a tool usable in all domains and Torah is no different.

@shevereshtus (I’ve been writing on the parsha for 18 years and Claude does an incredible job with rough notes and Grammarly does an incredible editing pass.) My hot take is that the standard quality of most Torah writing is ~8th grade level and will actually improve with the use of AI tools.

@shevereshtus I disagree with this. AI tools are incredibly powerful for working out ideas. Your basic take is the same as any anti-AI take which is that any from scratch output as the final product will be slop. But as an editor and writing partner it’s top, as in other arenas.
