Red flag if your syndicator uses Average Annual Return. I can almost guarantee these guys couldn't figure out how to juice their proforma enough so they scratched their heads and said, "Switch the IRR to AAR. That'll do the trick. And leave out the equity multiple."

We know there are orgs that organize protests. All of these protests are a “left wing” protest. Where are the “right wing” ones? Where are the protests for sending all our money overseas. Why are no orgs setting these type of protests up? Something to think about
