If you live your life thinking that everything is impossible, you'll be right 95% of the time. But the 5% of times when you'll be wrong is the difference between an ordinary and an extraordinary life.
"What do you want from life" by itself is a useless expression Instead, ask "what am I willing to sacifice to get there"
Why isn’t everyone successful? The truth is, everyone is, but many aren’t in the way they would like. By spending all day scrolling on TikTok, and eating junk food, you’re successful at meeting hedonistic desires. You succeed at what you practice, so don’t practice garbage.
Practice patience. The ability to physically sit down and think about nothing for 15 minutes is way more correlated to long term success than you may think.
You'd be surprised how rewarding it is to do "just one more" rep of anything.
You aren't solving hard problems so that you can have none You're solving hard problems so that you can have the choice of which hard problem to solve next.
Even highly motivated, talented, and hard working people will fail if they don't have a consistent goal. Society makes us chase the next shiny object at all times, where reality rewards those who chase only one.
All meaningful forms of success can be derived from overcoming an inner struggle.
Psychology is fascinating. There’s so much arbitrage between what we think about ourselves and others and what we actually are. And arbitrage is the harbinger of opportunity.
Your problems are never truly unique, and that’s a good thing. People have spent decades solving similar problems, and share their journey through books. Don’t waste your time reinventing the wheel, learn from those who have succeeded and you will make it further than them.
The more you learn, the more you understand how much more there is to learn. Therefore, success should be measured not in your absolute understanding of everything, as you will never understand everything. Simply measure your growth from yesterday, last week, and last month.
Often, creators are afraid of getting feedback because they think they need to sound like an expert. But if sounding like an expert means ignoring the chance to help my followers with what they need most, then call me a dumbass. So… What are your most pressing problems?
The worst cancer on your self growth isn’t what you expect. It’s not in some extreme, unsolvable laziness. Nor is it in some inner demon that you must fight an intense battle with. It’s in the minuscule choices you make, the split second of emotional discomfort and anxiety.

The man who thinks a six pack, 1 million dollars, or great relationships are impossible will never try for one, and thus never get one. You are only capable of what you believe you are.
There’s nothing wrong with wanting the power to change the world. What’s wrong is to want it more than anything else, and yet make excuses for why it’s not possible.
The moderately rich are not much happier than the extremely rich. Some people take this as an excuse for why you shouldn’t pursue wealth. But if your reason for pursuing extreme wealth is solely for “happiness”, the odds are you weren’t going to become rich anyway.
