@TMJAdvoCAT They come full to the brim with the "hulls" and you remove them to your liking. The leaflet I got with the pillow says that your natural lying position for your neck should mirror what it is for standing. It is hard but molds around your whole head & neck and.....
@TMJAdvoCAT as a chronic TMD sufferer (both joints have been replaced) I know that the subject of Pillows comes up often. 3 weeks ago I came across the concept of Buck Wheat pillows. It's the only pillow I need and it's amazing. Im still getting used to it but so far...so good!
