@AmericanAir flight 1851, I understand not being able to take off due to high heat. Don’t understand why you loaded everyone then pulled to tarmac to wait 1-2 hours. Be nicer to just delay it and allow us to enjoy the airport.

Spent $250K with AA card to get Exec Plat - reward was 2 systemwide upgrades. Tried to use them and was told I was added to waitlist?? Checked business and wide open. What good is exec platinum and these rewards then??

@InterMiamiCF I’m traveling in London and picked up a #Messi Argentina jersey. Inter Miami jerseys sold out in London. Clerk told me Inter Miami jerseys are the hottest jerseys in town. Unbelievable!

@AmericanAir great flight over the Atlantic on AA38. Unfortunately, I now need to show up in London with bed head because you no longer include a comb in your amenity bag. I left mine assuming I would find one in the bag. Please rectify this tragedy. Thank you #airplanebedhead
