@Acidicmonkey107 @FortniteStatus Correct, but there were a few articles that suggested as long as the xbox account was linked with the Epic account used for fortnite, that it would work. Up until the 18th fortnite wasn't available on xbox app for PC.

@Djihads80 @plainly_haley @FortniteStatus my bad, got it figured out. I had to download the game in xbox app on PC and then open the game from there. It previously wasn't available like that, so I didn't even think about it.
