2 things ISOs have taught me . 1️⃣ 15 sec is a really long time 2️⃣ If you want muscles/tendons to get better in certain positions, you need to spend time there (like the SAID principle…) . Pleasantly surprised how much better my knees/achilles feel after this vs a regular warm up
