@greateranglia Sort out your delay repay form online. I can’t upload a new ticket. Nothings clear about flexi season process. No FAQ. I’d say it was deliberate, but GA isn’t that clever.

@collettebrookin @OVOEnergy I was with Ovo for about 12 years. They were excellent. A pleasure to deal with, but at some point it all went wrong. Ended up at octopus and they’re 10/10.
