Communicating with you #bipolarclub folks has helped me a lot. I was misunderstood by the people in my personal life. I was unwell and alone. You guys made me feel understood and validated. I’m generally well now and, consequently, my relationships have improved. Thank you all.

1. Mental illness is hard to speak of. For many reasons: sometimes we don't want to be judged, or to be considered crazy, as if it's a joke. We have the mental illness, when we are at our lowest it gets scary, not something to joke about. The judgements are nonstop #bipolarclub
I love that my meds keep me even, but I miss the energy mania gave me... I felt like a fucking rockstar on those days, I could do anything. now I feel... boring. ☹️ better than crazy, I guess... #bipolarclub
@BipolarClubDx @Ri_Bipolar The #bipolarclub members are located all over the world. Clem is in the UK, I'm in LA, I know we have someone in Germany, Puerto Rico as well Australia/NZ to name a few. My point being, regardless of the time of day you can usually find members to talk to.
The worst part about being bipolar, (or perhaps about being human) is that every day after work I come home completely spent, completely unable to write and create. If anyone has an idea on how to change this, I'm all ears. @BipolarClubDx @bipolar_memes @Bipolar_Connect

1. Mental illness is hard to speak of. For many reasons: sometimes we don't want to be judged, or to be considered crazy, as if it's a joke. We have the mental illness, when we are at our lowest it gets scary, not something to joke about. The judgements are nonstop #bipolarclub

@BipolarClubDx @Ri_Bipolar The #bipolarclub members are located all over the world. Clem is in the UK, I'm in LA, I know we have someone in Germany, Puerto Rico as well Australia/NZ to name a few. My point being, regardless of the time of day you can usually find members to talk to.
