So, yesterday, I received a drunken message from my bipolar mom… I am officially disinherited from their will, apparently. As if I wanted to go back to that miserable town.
Hi #bipolarclub! Can we make a thread of so called “tools” to cope with anxiety, depression, panic attacks? I will start with: being aware of your breathing 😮💨 some smartwatches (like Apple Watch) have a Mindfulness app and it makes you concentrate in your breathing. It helps.

I don’t know what to write. I’ve tried not to seem like I’m seeking for attention… I just want to belong, share experiences/emotions I don’t always understand or know how to handle; on top of life/work/family not making it always easier. It’s supposed to be less hard, isn’t it?
