Here's my favorite way of Body Weight Training. 👇 Combining various Animal / Primal movement patterns to create flows. Why? - It strengthens the arms, shoulders, and core - It significantly improves body coordination & awareness - It is super fun & cool! What do you think?
Stop putting Dan Koe on a pedestal. He's made a positive impact on me too. Yes. But he's not God. We create our own unique paths.
The best fitness activity is the one that you actually want to do at least 3 times/week. What is that for you?!
Does lifting weights alone make you a better mover? No. Can it support your Movement Practice? Yes. Should you do it? Yes. Should it be the center of your Movement Practice? No in the long run. Yes in certain phases.
