What do I think of 1 Rep Maxes? The more often you do it the less of a tax it is and the more you increase your 1 rep max skill. Bc it is a skill I like “top set” better to eliminate the stereotypes of 1 RM There are no fails on a top set- feel free to adopt this mindset
