@GiGLogistics Since Tuesday, I paid for a waybill from Abuja to Aba and my account was debited successfully immediately. I have gone to the bank, confirmed the transaction, and even obtained proof that payment was successful. Yet your staff keep saying “we haven’t seen it.”
