In a world full of “hacks” and “shortcuts” the most common solution to many of your problems will require countless hours of hard work. There is no hack or shortcut for putting in the hours necessary for success.
It’s great to use something like ChatGPT to expedite learning, but a more fun test is to have it teach you things you already (think) you know.
Relieve a stressed mind by doing this: 1. Exercise and get your heart rate going. Endorphins calm the nervous system. 2. Once your calm write down what’s holding up head space. If it’s a problem in your control write down what you need to do to solve it.
Happy Easter. If your kids are doing an Easter egg hunt today replace the eggs with heavy rocks. Easy opportunity to get a good workout in. Pro tip: paint the rocks to look like eggs :)
During JFK’s presidency physical education was at its peak. LaSierra High School in CA expected students to do a minimum of 16 push-ups and run a 7.5 min mile. In today’s America 1 in 6 kids are obese. We are heading in the wrong direction.
